Situated along the historic Venice Canals, the Sherman Canal Residence is a ground-up single-family home designed to embrace its unique surroundings. Replacing an older home, Breakform Design took on the challenge of blending the character of the neighborhood’s classic architecture with the comforts of modern living.

The home’s interior opens to sweeping views of the canal, while thoughtful design ensures privacy in the bedroom areas. The third floor is a retreat in itself, featuring a spacious primary suite with a large balcony overlooking the water, a walk-in closet with an island, and a serene bathroom complete with planter balconies and a steam shower.
