Located on the Historic Venice Canals, Sarah’s House is a ground-up single-family residence inspired by its site and surroundings. Replacing an existing home, Breakform Design’s architecture, construction and fabrication team was challenged to bring in the character of the older homes in the area while giving the homeowner a modern living experience. The interior layout opens up to views of the Sherman Canal, while promoting privacy as you move toward the bedroom areas. The third floor is dedicated to a beautiful primary bedroom experience with a large balcony overlooking the water, a walk-in closet with an island, and a bathroom featuring two planter balconies and a large steam shower.
