Caswell Apartments

One of Breakform Design’s first multifamily projects, Caswell Apartments involved securing a density bonus to add density and commit to providing below market rate homes. The infill development on several single lots in West Los Angeles needed to look and feel good. Leading all aspects of design and construction, Breakform Design secured a 30% increase in the number of apartment units while providing one affordable unit. Our team was able to maximize the number of units and square feet while maintaining a design that catches your eye from the street and is a pleasure to live in. In total, the 9,868 square foot development provides 11 units of housing and 14 parking spaces.
