Highland Condos

Collaborating with the design architect Electric Bowery, Breakform Design was hired to strategize and coordinate with a consultant team on value engineering a project to meet the real estate developer’s budget. Also working as the contractor, Breakform Design’s integrated process and team aided the project in remaining viable and ultimately being built. In total, the 11,000 square foot project includes five condos, 8,800 square feet of private gardens, and 14 parking spaces.
